   After a long period of stasis, there has been a lurch forward. An update on efforts regarding flood protection, 1st Ave North, the Anne Street Bridge, and Canadian Pacific Quiet Zones will be provided.

   Additionally, an approach to dealing with a recent political obstruction will be addressed. We will also discuss candidate recruitment.
