The Diary of Anne Frank

An impassioned drama about the lives of eight people hiding from the Nazis in a concealed storage attic, THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK captures the claustrophobic realities of their daily existence—their fear, their hope, their laughter, their grief. Each day of these two dark years, Anne’s voice shines through: “When I write I shake off all my cares. But I want to achieve more than that. I want to be useful and bring enjoyment to all people, even those I’ve never met. I want to go on living even after my death!” This is a new adaptation for a new generation.
Showtimes are 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday, 2:00 pm on Sunday.
Mouse River Players
Mouse River Players is Minot’s oldest community theatre. We began in 1971, and since that year we’ve performed in various locations in and around the Minot area. Youth programs and family theatre shows have always been a part of our season.
In 2004 we purchased “The Old Labor Temple” in downtown Minot. Volunteer efforts continue to improve the building and make it a comfortable setting for live theatre presentations and community uses. In 2006, we named the theatre “The Arlene” in honor of longtime arts supporter Arlene Saugstad.
