The DBPA has a mission focused on downtown, so it makes sense that we should tell people what we believe downtown is — the physical area. That’s what this page is for. We’ve also chosen to define what we call City Center, which is also very much the core of Minot. And we take a look at this stuff on an annual basis to see if we want to make any changes to our areas. And, Downtown is in green. City Center is Yellow. Everything else is Minot and beyond!
