Restaurant Week – Participation Agreement

Downtown Minot’s Restaurant Week is joint marketing, local-business awareness, and fundraising effort developed on behalf of downtown restaurants and designated local charities.

For 2022 Restaurant week (February 21-February 26), the designated local charities are For Belle’s Sake and Hairball Haven.

2022 Downtown Restaurant Week Participation Agreement(Required)
  • The restaurant will be assigned one day during the week of February 21-26. On that day, the restaurant will be responsible for contributing 10% of gross sales to one of the designated charities.
  • Provide the restaurant’s designated-day sales data to Downtown Restaurant Week organizers for purposes of future event promotion and measurement of event metrics and impacts.
  • The restaurant, through their social media channels (if existing), shall assist in the promotion of the Downtown Restaurant Week via:
    • Acceptance of Co-Host status of Restaurant Week Facebook Event.
    • Sharing social media posts promoting Downtown Restaurant Week.
  • Join in an after-event photo of donation presentation for future marketing and event impact news release.
  • Provide Downtown Restaurant Week with a photo of a featured or favorite menu item.
  • DBPA Membership appreciated, not required 🙂
